HATI maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of abuse, exploitation, or sexualization involving children. Users who violate the policies outlined below to protect minors (defined as individuals under 18 years of age) may face account removal and potential legal action.
● Users must be at least 18 years old to access HATI.
● Any attempt to falsify age for platform access is strictly forbidden and will result in account suspension or termination.
HATI employs both automated systems and manual review to identify underage activity and detect Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSEA). Circumventing these systems is prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
● Creating, sharing, or distributing materials involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
● Engaging in sexualized discussions, role-playing, or promoting sexualized clothing associated with minors.
● Displaying child nudity or sexualized depictions in any format, including artistic forms such as illustrations or animations.
● Threatening, encouraging, or committing acts of physical violence against minors.
● Subjecting minors to psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation.
● Depicting or promoting unsafe activities involving children.
● Encouraging or depicting neglect, trafficking, or exploitation of minors.
● Featuring minors in photos or other forms of content is strictly forbidden.
● Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors.
● Attempting to falsify age to gain access to the platform.
● Any incidents involving child abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant authorities as required by law.
● Users can report suspected violations via the in-app reporting tool or by contacting support at support@hati-chat.com.
● Individuals convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual abuse, physical harm, neglect, or trafficking, are explicitly banned from using HATI.
● Violations of this Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties.
● HATI may collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate severe violations.
● HATI educates users on child safety by:
● Displaying this policy prominently on the platform.
● Providing prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to help users avoid risky behaviors.
